Grateful Rescue saves puppy suffering from 'rings around eyes'

Grateful Rescue is on a mission to stop puppy mills – places where puppies are raised in deplorable conditions. When Grateful Rescue saved a dog named Tucker, they found he had rings around his eyes. Rescue volunteer Sherry Richardson helped to save him. See Sherry’s story!
