Kara Weremay owns Kara's Lucky Dog Low Cost Pet Grooming on Southeastern Avenue in Indianapolis They cater to older people on fixed incomes. She also trains service dogs, and Renee Jameson even talked to a gentleman who received one of her dogs. She has a true gift, and her love for animals began at a very young age.
