Jason Heath, Director of Communications

Jason Heath serves as Director of Communications for Grateful Rescue. An Emmy award-winning television producer, Jason oversees Grateful Rescue TV. The weekly television program chronicles the stories of rescued animals and the people who save them at Grateful Rescue. The program airs Saturdays on WHMB-TV 40. Jason also oversees video content creation on Grateful’s YouTube and Facebook channels and GratefulTV.com.

Jason has produced shows at WISH-TV and stations in Dayton, Hartford and Nashville. A graduate of the University of Indianapolis, he co-created Pet Pals TV with Patty Spitler in 2010. Jason also works in the Inflight Department at Republic Airways. Jason adopted a cat named Jerry from Grateful Rescue and spoils him rotten.
